Our Location

Pemberley of Malmsbury is a historic 700 acre grazing and mixed cropping property, run by 3rd generation farmers, located overlooking the picturesque Malmsbury Reservoir and iconic bluestone viaduct in the tranquil Macedon Ranges.

Historic Malmsbury offers the perfect base to explore the beauty of both the Macedon Ranges and Daylesford/Hepburn region. Malmsbury, itself is a quaint little village within walking distance and boasts a stunning heritage listed botanical gardens, historic walking trail and a variety of treasured eateries, including the Malmsbury Bakery.

The Malmsbury Reservoir (located directly below the cottage) is a well known fishing or picnicking spot. Nearby Kyneton (10minutes drive) and Piper Street provide endless dining options; as does Daylesford (20 minutes by car) along with its indulgent day spas. 

Pemberley Cottage

Pemberley Cottage is a unique and tranquil boutique, self contained accommodation experience located on a fully operational grazing property in the quaint village of Malmsbury.

 

The cottage overlooks the beautiful Malmsbury Reservoir and offers breathtaking views of the reservoir, iconic bluestone viaduct, Mount Macedon and rolling surrounds.
